today we tried  the summer learning journey teaser week to try and see if we like it

this week m3 have been learning different angles like right obtuse acute and a straight angles

WALT- describe a character

For the last week me and my class have been making monsters and writing about their parts and special effects that their body parts have. I liked making the monsters it was fun.       

 

M3"s Movie

last term we made a movie for the film festival it was really fun because we got to go on the hidrie slides and every pool we had to ask the pool if we could bring cameras into the pool and film  me and my friends played volley ball and doing bombs of the diving board and we were doing dives.

pick a path

for about the first 5 weeks of this term me Declan and Thomas were doing our pick a paths my favourite thing was putting the photos in and having fun with them two my least favourite thing was writing because we dident really know what to do what i'll do next time to do better i will mabye not talk as much and not be as silly
and not delete other people's work. i think that i did quite good but next time i think i could work a little bit better.

divison dlo

For the past 3 weeks we have been learning to do division. We first did our test I was really nervous about it and and i wasnt excited  but now that i have learnt the cup method im really confident about it take a look at my video to look how i did it

My Goal

Matariki Gardening

this morning  m3  te hiringa and Whaea Eli went to the garden and me jesse and jack planted pumkin seeds  and bazil seeds. We did this to represent the matariki star called tupuanuku. tupuanuku is when food comes from the soil it was fun because we got to be out of the classroom and do something new.

making a burger

WALT- learn how to follow other peoples instrucions.

 I  had to make  a burger following someone elses instrucions that they had written I found it hard as the instructions weren't clear 

What i found easy was finding the ingredients already done on different tables

My Non-Fiction Book

Over the last 2 weeks Miss Kaye gave us a task to write a none fiction book. I choose Andys Skatepark. I enjoyed playing around with the fonts and changing the colour. What i did'nt enjoy was finding the information. 

Here is my book
